Snail, sour bamboo shoots, sour bean curd, etc. shipped from the raw material production base, to be pre-treated in the cleaning workshop, mainly for selection, decontamination, removal of impurities, water rinsing, warm water rinsing and other processes, cleaning to include surface cleaning effect, heavy metal content, pesticide residue testing, testing qualified raw materials and then reshaping, cutting process, into the cooked workshop.



Cooked Sterilization Workshop

Cooked workshop: the factory workshop adopts 100,000 level fresh air filtration system, the space environment is 100,000 level clean degree, to ensure that the product will not be secondary pollution. Production equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, eliminating the problem of red water, blue-green water and other hidden water, no lead, no odor, no harmful substances precipitation. Beautiful surface, long-lasting, no scratch, never rust, low and high temperature resistance. Cooked workshop has 2 national special chefs and 15 senior chefs for seasoning and ingredients production. First-class chefs ensure the first-class taste of snail noodles.

Sterilization workshop: the use of double can sterilization pot sterilization, sterilization pot heat area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, easy to control the temperature. After sterilization, the product is thoroughly sterile and safe for consumption within 6 months of the production date.
